Fees for all Congress Participants include:
- Conference badge
- Admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions
- Daily networking breaks and lunches
- Invitation to the Welcome Dinner
- Online access to the Conference materials
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The communication must indicate the name and registration ID of the cancelled delegate.
Full or partial refund of the registration fees will be granted less administrative fees if the notification of cancellation reaches by the following deadlines:
- A full refund less administrative fees will be given for cancellation received on or before 31-Jul-16
- A 50% refund less administrative fees will be given for cancellation received on or before 15-Aug-16
- No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after 16-Aug-16
Refunds or credits will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
